Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies

Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients can cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking amount may apply.

  • In case of a cancellation made within 6 hours of the appointment, 50% of the booking amount may be charged. Consultation appointments will be charged $25.

  • No call/no shows will be subject to entire price of service.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • Clients can request to reschedule their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.

  • If a rescheduling request is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the booking amount may apply.
